Art and Visual Design
dean.one is a studio for art and visual design, founded by Denise Ender and Johannes Bayer. We combine experience in design and visual communication with artistic ideas, digital tools, and new technologies.
Many of our works begin digitally and evolve into images, films, art objects, or installations. We create our own works, unique pieces, and editions, as well as commissioned works and collaborations with galleries, museums, cultural institutions, and selected brands.
How We Work
Our works can begin digitally and evolve across different media and materials. An image can become a film, a ceramic object, a sculptural perfume flacon, a textile work, or an installation.
We use digital tools and AI alongside 3D printing, ceramics, textiles, and other forms of craftsmanship. The medium we choose is determined by the artistic idea behind each work.
Origin
Denise Ender and Johannes Bayer bring different backgrounds in design, visual communication, and product development to dean.one.
Denise Ender works as Creative Director at DAVILLA, developing brands, visual communication, and design. Johannes Bayer developed products, innovations, and industrial design for international companies through Seventh Sense Design.
These different backgrounds now come together in the artistic work of dean.one.

dean.one was founded by Denise Ender and Johannes Bayer. Their different backgrounds in visual communication, design, product development, and art form the foundation of their work together at dean.one.
Our Stance
Art begins with an idea. It can take the form of an image, film, object, or installation. It can move, challenge, raise questions, or open up new perspectives. What matters is what it evokes in people.

dean.one develops workshops for companies, institutions, universities, and creative teams. The focus is on creative processes, AI, communication, and the question of how new technologies can lead to new ideas and forms of design.

dean.one develops artistic concepts, installations, and collaborations for those who want not only to reach people, but to truly move them.
This includes galleries, museums, cultural institutions, brands, and creative agencies. Together, we develop works that connect with people, spark conversations, and create new encounters.
