Denise Ender is an artist, Creative Director at DAVILLA GmbH, and co-founder of dean.one.
Her work combines art, visual communication, digital tools, and AI with different forms of physical realization. For dean.one, she works with Johannes Bayer to develop the studio’s conceptual and visual language. At the heart of her work is the question of what art can evoke in people and how it can create encounters and exchange.
Denise Ender’s professional career has taken her from Vienna to Milan and New York, and later to Zurich and Vorarlberg. During her time at 360° in New York, she worked for international brands and media including Chanel, Neutrogena, Smashbox, Sam Edelman, Circle of Beauty, as well as the magazines Mode and Girl.
Alongside dean.one, Denise Ender is Creative Director of DAVILLA GmbH in Bregenz, where she develops brands, visual identities, and communication concepts for companies and institutions. Her clients include Breuninger, Burlington, Kunert, Kurz Watches & Jewellery, Strolz, Huber Wäsche, Ara Shoes, UYN, and MATT Sport und Mode.
Her education took her from Werbe Akademie Wien to the Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione and the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, and later to the CAS Coding for the Arts at ZHdK – Zurich University of the Arts.
Her work has received numerous awards, including the Red Dot Award, German Design Award, Austrian State Prize, and Golden Pixel Award.
Today, through dean.one, she develops her own artworks, unique pieces, and editions, as well as commissioned works and collaborations with galleries, cultural institutions, and selected brands.
