Johannes Bayer is an industrial designer, innovation designer, experience designer, artist, and co-founder of dean.one.
His work combines product development, materials, technology, and spatial thinking. For dean.one, he works with Denise Ender to develop art objects, installations, and new ways of translating digital ideas into physical form.
Johannes Bayer studied at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, USA. He then spent several years at Design Continuum in Milan, developing projects for international companies across a range of industries.
He later founded the design studio Seventh Sense Design, where he worked with clients including 3M and several PepsiCo brands, among them Pepsi, Doritos, Lay’s, and Mountain Dew.
Together with Denise Ender, he founded the Kijode Guerilla Design Group. Throughout his career, Johannes Bayer has developed numerous product innovations, holds international patents, and has received awards including the Red Dot Design Award, the Good Design Award, and the iF Design Award.
At dean.one, he brings his experience in international product and industrial design to the development of art objects and installations. His work focuses on bringing together idea, form, material, and technology to create physical artworks.
