§ 2 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code, a "natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity").

§ 3 Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

The provisions of these GTC apply to orders placed by consumers via the website www.dean.one of the online store dean.one. The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1). The presentation and description of the pictures and bags on the website of the dean.one store www.dean.one does not constitute a contractual offer. By ordering one of the pictures and bags by clicking on the button "order for a fee" at the end of the order process, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by e-mail. The contract text is saved for orders. Consumers receive an e-mail with the order data and the applicable GTC. § 4 Payment
The statutory value added tax and other price components are included in the prices shown. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be charged additionally. The following payment options are available to consumers: Paypal

§ 5 Delivery, delivery restrictions
Unless the description of the selected picture or bag explicitly states otherwise, delivery shall be made within 7 working days. In the case of payment by bank transfer or Paypal, this period begins on the day after the payment order is issued.

§ 6 Transfer of risk
The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the pictures or bags lies with the user until the pictures or bags are handed over and is transferred to the consumer upon handover.

§ 7 Retention of title
The user retains ownership of the pictures and the bags until the purchase price has been received in full.
