The origins of dean.one go back to 2015. It began with a neon-orange dot and a simple idea: to reduce thoughts, observations, and social themes to a clear visual sign. This led to a series of 25 × 25 cm works featuring colored dots and short statements. The dot became a recurring symbol of dean.one.

Later, movement was added. Through coding, the static dot became a moving digital element. New digital tools and AI gave rise to images, figures, and new visual worlds. At the same time, the dot continued to evolve: the two-dimensional form became the three-dimensional Sphere that now defines many of dean.one’s works.

 

Eventually, the Sphere also became physical. In Atmosphere 1.0, each Sphere represents a person. Different sizes represent different personalities and egos. Together, they form a community. This idea led to further images, films, objects, and installations.

Today, dean.one creates unique pieces, limited editions, and commissioned works for different spaces and contexts. What began with a dot in 2015 has developed into a visual language that continues to evolve across digital and physical works.
